Overview

Kevin Lambe counsels public and privately held companies on a variety of corporate matters, including transactions, governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin developed a multifaceted background in law, human resources and project management. 

He brings extensive HR leadership experience from Freedom Mortgage Corp., where he served as the senior human resources business partner for nationwide sales and infrastructure teams, advising senior management on employee relations, labor compliance, performance management and workplace investigations. He also managed and resolved employee disputes and helped develop performance management systems. Earlier, Kevin led talent management programs, coached business leaders on employment law compliance, and expanded employee development initiatives across multiple states.

At Comcast Corp., he worked as a technical project manager for strategic initiatives in technical operations, developing and implementing service fee policies, managing frontline tool deployments, and leading national change management projects to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Kevin served as a summer associate with the firm in 2024. He assisted with document review, diligence and research, and drafted discovery documents for litigation matters.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Kevin is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and West Virginia Mountaineer athletics. He enjoys reading science fiction novels, skiing and playing chess.
