Enzo Huang

Overview
Enzo Huang advises clients in negotiating construction agreements and litigating defect issues in complex construction projects, maintaining a practice that straddles transaction and litigation. They represent owners and contractors of all sizes on both public and private projects.
Enzo’s diverse experience includes counseling a public client contemplating a P3 bioenergy facility, advising an interstate client on state-by-state variations in indemnification and other contractual requirements, representing a plaintiff client arbitrating claims for defective work, and analyzing contractor clients’ potential exposure under design-build and delegated design agreements. Enzo’s broad skillset and acute research acumen make them a valuable addition to any team.
Prior Experience
During law school, Enzo served as a judicial extern to Judge Matthew F. Kennelly in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois. They also spent time supporting their future colleagues as a summer associate at Faegre Drinker. Prior to law school, Enzo was a high school special education teacher for the Chicago Public Schools from 2019 to 2021, through Teach For America. Enzo specialized in teaching immigrant students with learning disabilities and language barriers.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Enzo enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, listening to music, playing video games, and enjoying the Chicago lakefront view.
