Overview
Prior Experience
Before joining her colleagues at Faegre Drinker, Amy served as a legal clerk to the Hon. Matthew E. Johnson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. In this role, she researched and drafted legal memoranda, reviewed case files, and observed oral arguments. She also completed a judicial residency with the Hon. Gordon L. Moore III of the Supreme Court of Minnesota and a judicial externship with the Hon. Tracy Smith of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Amy served as a summer associate with the firm in 2023.
Prior to law school, Amy was a university professor, where she taught courses in International Human Rights Law, Spanish and Latin American area studies.
Personal Interests
In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing on the shores of Lake Superior, making pastries and dancing.
