Jared counsels clients on acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and other investment-related activities including control and non-control investments, growth investments, co-investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances, recapitalizations, capital raises, and commercial contracts, as well as general corporate, partnership and limited liability company matters.

In his free time, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and two dogs, as well as running and playing golf and racquet sports. Jared is a huge college basketball fan and a die-hard Blue Devils supporter.
