Overview
Andrew Heiring guides clients through a variety of construction and real estate matters, including construction defect cases, contract negotiations, payment disputes, eminent domain proceedings, lien claims and other complex matters.
In the course of his eminent domain work, Andrew has prepared and argued motions for disbursement, attended hearings on petition and participated in commissioners’ viewings.
Previous Experience
Before joining the firm, Andrew was a corporate fellow at SICK, Inc, where he negotiated purchase, supply and construction contracts, advised on legal compliance matters and prepared documents for C-suite review. During law school, Andrew was a research assistant to professors Alexandra Klass and Ann Burkhart, and he was a law clerk at a boutique construction litigation firm, where he drafted memoranda and trial preparation materials.
Personal Interests
Andrew enjoys golf, tennis and skiing. He is cultivating an interest in cooking.
