Yoshi Haynie

Overview

Yoshi Haynie assists clients with a wide variety of corporate transactions. Specifically, he focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity, divestures, equity investments and corporate governance matters. Yoshi draws on that wide range of experience to assist clients with their business goals while remaining compliant with a patchwork of federal and state regulations.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Yoshi served as a corporate associate at an Am Law 10 firm in Chicago. In that role, he represented several private equity firms on a $12.3 billion acquisition of a tech company, a $6.3 billion merger of a software company. He also represented a private equity firm on a $1 billion fund formation. 
During law school, Yoshi served as a legal intern in the in-house legal department for a Fortune 100 telecommunications company and as the Student Bar Association’s president during his last year.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Yoshi enjoys traveling, watching and attending sporting events, giving back to the community, and spending time with family.
