Ashlee Germany helps companies close the deals that advance their strategic business objectives. She has experience representing and advising buyers and sellers in both the public and private sector.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Ashlee practiced corporate law with a focus on in M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions.. Her work included managing and advising on due diligence, and drafting governing and ancillary agreements for private and public companies for a variety of transactions in industries including, transportation and logistics, health care and financial services.

Personal Interests

Ashlee spends her free time watching professional and collegiate basketball games and reading memoirs.
