Overview

Meaghan Geatens supports clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior Experience

Before joining the firm, Meaghan served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Jane Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She also interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, supporting AUSAs with various stages of federal prosecutions. 

While in law school, Meaghan worked as a student attorney at the Villanova Civil Justice Clinic, providing pro bono representation to low-income clients in family law and landlord/tenant disputes. She appeared in Montgomery County and Philadelphia County Family Courts, and Philadelphia Municipal Court under attorney supervision. At Villanova, Meaghan was also a research assistant to Prof. Josephine Nelson and was a Managing Board member of the Villanova Law Review, which published a comment that she authored in Volume 64.

Meaghan was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in 2019.

Personal Interests

Meaghan loves basketball and played at the NCAA level for one year during college. She also enjoys reading poetry and cooking.
