Jen Fowler serves as chief talent officer at Faegre Drinker, where she leads the firm’s global talent strategy and initiatives.
She oversees a team responsible for human resources, recruiting, professional and career development, compensation,
benefits, and employee well-being. Jen brings three decades of experience in the legal sector, including 20 years
specializing in human resources at major global law firms.

Jen’s focus on professional development, feedback, employee recognition and standardized processes is instrumental in
strengthening Faegre Drinker’s talent functions. She brings an innovative approach to attorney and operations talent
development, and a commitment to advancing HR operations. Jen’s understanding of the challenges and requirements of
managing talent in large, multi-office international law firms positions her well to drive the firm’s talent strategy and support
its ongoing growth and success.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Jen is a lifelong equestrian whose passion for competitive dressage has been a defining part of her life.
She actively trains and competes with her two competition horses, dedicating her free time to the discipline, precision, and
artistry of the sport.
