Overview

Nicole Flaherty Cropper assists clients in all aspects of estate planning including the implementation, review and administration of estate plans, wealth transfers and charitable plans or gifting plans. Nicole utilizes her experience to breakdown complex estate laws and offer clients practical solutions to suit their needs. She has experience working with a variety of clients including non-traditional and blended families, multigenerational families, young couples, single individuals and athletes.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Nicole served as a trusts and estates attorney at two law firms in Minnesota. In those roles, she developed significant probate administration experience by serving as the lead attorney on several matters and a depth of estate planning experience working with clients to achieve complex legacy goals. She has also served as co-counsel in an undue influence and incapacity trial where she was tasked with deposition preparation, cross-examining trial witnesses and drafting pre-trial and post-trial pleadings and motions.

Nicole has also served as a judicial extern for Referee George Borer in the Hennepin County Probate Court and as an intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota.

Personal Interests

Nicole enjoys spending time in Golden Valley and around Minnesota with her husband and their young daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, swimming, attending Minnesota sporting events, traveling and attending a variety of workout classes.
