Past Experience

Prior to her time with the firm, Monica worked as a paralegal with a law firm in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, she was responsible for drafting a wide variety of legal pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, conducting background research, reviewing medical records, coordinating with expert witnesses, and preparing for and assisting at trial.

Prior to her experience as a paralegal, Monica worked as a legal assistant, scheduling various meetings and events; drafting correspondence and pleadings; proofreading documents for accuracy; and serving as liaison between the attorney and clients, experts and other legal professionals.

Personal Interests

Monica enjoys running, going to the beach with her husband and children, and refurbishing furniture.
