Jolene’s commitment to clients includes:
  • Reviewing, analyzing, designing and implementing estate planning techniques for high net worth individuals, including tax-planning strategies and the preparation of wills, trust agreements and related documents necessary to implement the estate design
  • Representing individual and corporate trustees in the administration of trusts and estates and in matters relating to fiduciary duties and powers, proper investments, and interpretation of trust agreements and wills
  • Administering and distributing complex estates and trusts; preparing federal and state estate tax returns, federal and state individual and fiduciary income tax returns, and federal gift tax returns
  • Representing interests in cases involving undue influence, breach of fiduciary duty, fee disputes, improper investment of trust assets and related fiduciary issues
  • Representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries of estates and trusts in protecting their beneficial interests and advising on proper conduct of fiduciaries
  • Representing clients in litigation and on appeal in estate and trust-related matters 
  • Representing individuals in connection with charitable giving, including formation of family foundations
  • Representing individual clients in connection with asset protection planning, including formation of trusts, implementation and administration of gifting programs, and titling of assets
