Overview
David Creasey solves a broad range of clients’ challenges, including contract and complex commercial disputes, appeals, consumer fraud class actions, patent disputes, copyright, multi-district litigation, and internal investigations.
David has represented clients in a number of different industries, including food and agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and insurance.
Before joining the firm, David was an associate at Winston and Strawn in Chicago, where his practice focused on defending pharmaceutical companies in patent litigation. He was also the lead associate on a team that obtained a jury verdict in favor of a major tobacco manufacturer in a consumer class action lawsuit worth over a billion dollars.
