Overview

Will Clark counsels clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Will gained valuable experience across both the legal and public accounting sectors. He began his career serving as a law clerk for the Hon. Michael B. Brennan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In that role, he wrote bench memoranda on a variety of civil and criminal cases and assisted in drafting opinions for the court. As a summer associate at the firm, he drafted memoranda for pro bono matters and summarized Supreme Court cases and agency regulations for client updates. Will also served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Michael T. Liburdi on the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, where he researched complex legal issues and observed the litigation process. 

Prior to law school, Will was a manager at an accounting firm, where he supervised the preparation of hundreds of tax returns. He also held tax and assurance roles at Ernst & Young and PwC, working on tax compliance and SEC reporting for large corporate clients.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Will enjoys cycling, weightlifting, cooking, cornhole, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
