Overview
Caroline Choe has more than a decade's experience assisting clients and their legal teams as a paralegal and with litigation support in commercial, antitrust, and employment disputes. She is also experienced in product liability and mass tort litigation.
Trials & Litigation Support
With strong editing and analytical skills, Caroline performs factual research and investigation. She assists with preparing federal and appellate court filings as well as with depositions. Caroline coordinates e-discovery, including gathering, reviewing, and analyzing documents for production.
In the courtroom, Caroline has provided litigation support and supported attorneys in preparing for oral arguments and settlement hearings. Her work has contributed to trial teams' success in securing multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts in single-plaintiff actions, as well as with mass tort bellwether trials, and settlements exceeding $1 billion in multidistrict litigation.
Personal Interests
In her free time, Caroline enjoys attending the Philadelphia Orchestra’s performances at the Kimmel Center and watching movies. Her favorite documentary series is Our Planet.Credentials
