Nicole Berwick

Overview

Nicole Berwick counsels clients in product liability and mass torts. She draws on her experience working in the federal court system to develop creative solutions to complex problems and craft persuasive arguments concerning novel issues of law. Nicole serves clients in the health and life sciences, consumer products, and technology industries in individual cases and in multidistrict litigation.

Prior Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Nicole served for two years as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and for four years as a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana for Judge Jane E. Magnus-Stinson. In those roles, Nicole drafted orders on motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, motions to suppress and other substantive motions in cases involving civil rights and constitutional law, employment and disability discrimination, criminal law, trademarks, federal statutes, social security, contract disputes, and various issues of state law.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time near the water, listening to live music and podcasts, tackling DIY projects, and sharing a charcuterie board with friends.
