Blake D. Bachman
Associate
Overview
Blake Bachman provides comprehensive support to businesses that are facing mass tort and product liability risks.
Prior Experience
Before joining the firm, Blake served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Sheri Polster Chappell and the Hon. Nicholas Mizell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, where he worked on a wide range of complex civil matters, including novel tort claims and class actions. These roles provided Blake with a deep understanding of federal procedural and evidentiary standards, particularly in high-stakes product liability and commercial cases.
Blake also gained valuable litigation experience at leading Florida law firms, where he supported trial and appellate work on complex civil disputes. In earlier roles as a judicial intern to the Hon. Patricia Barksdale and as a law clerk at a boutique appellate firm, Blake developed strong legal research and writing skills that continue to inform his strategic, detail-oriented approach to product liability defense.
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, Blake enjoys cheering for the Florida Gators and shelling at the beach with his wife, Lexi, and their two dogs, Anna and Lola.
