Overview

Emilija Andrulyte has extensive experience in handling litigation matters. Her primary responsibilities include case management, discovery, and preparation for trial and depositions. She also handles collection and analysis of medical records, preparation of expert discovery and legal research. She drafts pleadings and motions and collects, reviews and manages document production during discovery.
Emilija’s experience includes:
  • Assisting with legal research and trial preparation
  • Preparing discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, trial notebooks and legal correspondence
  • Assisting with legal research and case management

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker, Emilija worked as a paralegal at a tax and contract law firm and a personal injury and medical malpractice firm.
 
A native of Lithuania, Emilija worked for Lithuanian-language media outlets in Chicago before becoming a paralegal. She also served as local news editor for the daily newspaper Draugas and as an announcer, reporter, editor and producer of Margutis, a daily radio program.
