On October 29, 2019 (the “Petition Date”), Murray Energy Corporation and certain of its affiliates (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, bankruptcy case number 19-56885 (JEH).

The Trustee has retained Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP (“Drinker Biddle”) to represent it in connection with the Notes.
