People Management

London labor and employment counsel Emma Vennesson and associate Charlotte Marshall coauthored an article for People Management titled “What’s Next for Employers as the Furlough Scheme Ends” that discusses the options businesses have for managing the end of the coronavirus job retention scheme.

Vennesson and Marshall also provide recommendations for employers who may not be in a position to return all their furloughed employees to work, such as re-negotiating employees’ terms to reduce pay and/or hours.
