Beth Carlson provided insight to SHRM about immigration issues facing U.S. employers and their respective, foreign national workers during the coronavirus outbreak.
"Guest workers who may have been planning to come to the U.S. on an L-1 visa or other type of work visa may need to push back their position and relocation to the U.S. until a future start date," Carlson said.
