Controversial Updated Sex Discrimination Guidelines for Federal Contractors

In an article for the Government Contracting Law Report, Faegre Baker Daniels counsel Kristin Jones Pierre and associate Sarah Benjes explained the recent alterations that were made to the existing sex discrimination guidelines by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. This is the first time these guidelines have been updated since their implementation in the 1970s, and the authors discuss how the guidelines have adapted to cover the “realities of today’s workforce and workplaces.”
