Defense Counsel Training Manual: Motions to Exclude Expert Witnesses

Dallas associate Alex Harrell co-authored a chapter on “Motions to Exclude Expert Witnesses” for the 2016 edition of the Defense Counsel Training Manual. The chapter provided guidance for new defense attorneys about methods for developing challenges to expert testimony.

The Defense Counsel Training Manual, first published in 1989, is a collection of articles authored by experienced trial counsel covering all aspects of handling a dispute.
