Philadelphia partners Jason Gosselin and Tim O’Driscoll recently published an article in Law360 titled, “Pa.’s Babcock Decision Is Damaging To The Rule Of Law.” The article discussed the decision in The Babcock & Wilcox Co. et al. v. American Nuclear Insurers, et al. dispute, arguing that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision disregards clear policy language and harms insurers.
