Jeffrey Beck Interviewed About Workplace Bullying in XpertHR Podcast

Workplace bullying has become a prevalent human resources issue recently, as one in four employees are harassed, threatened or attacked at work. Indianapolis labor and employment partner Jeffrey Beck was interviewed in a May 12 XpertHR podcast to discuss workplace bullying and steps employers can take to ensure safe, comfortable environments for workers. Beck said these steps include implementing an anti-bullying policy, conducting training, providing multiple complaint reporting methods, conducting a worksite risk assessment, and following through with disciplinary action.
