Plan Committee Agendas II

Los Angeles partner Fred Reish published his latest "Just out of Reish" column in the February 2014 issue of PLANSPONSOR.

Fred continued his discussion from last month's column regarding the importance of planning for committee meetings and focuses on the third and fourth quarterly meetings.

Fred provides a bulleted list of items that should be on your agenda for the third and fourth quarterly meetings of the year.  As he said in his last column, the first step in a prudent process is learning what you should pay attention to.  The next step is getting those items on your committee’s agenda. Next month, Fred will write about other issues that you might want to address from time to time, which can be irregular agenda items.
