Plan Committee Agendas
Los Angeles partner Fred Reish published his latest "Just out of Reish" column in the January 2014 issue of PLANSPONSOR.
Fred discusses the agendas for plan committee meetings which typically serves as evidence that a committee is performing its long list of duties.
To help committees put their focus where needed, Fred provides a list of topics for participant-directed plans, such as 401(k)s and 403(b)s. The list of issues may be incomplete, and there is no "magic" to the allocation, but this is a good starting point. This column covers the first two quarterly meetings.
