Full Disclosure: The Impact of the Final 408(b)(2) Regulation on TPAs

Los Angeles lawyers Joe Faucher, Bruce Ashton and Fred Reish wrote an article for Plan Consultant titled, “Full Disclosure: The Impact of the Final 408(b)(2) Regulation on TPAs.”

Following on from their Winter 2011 piece on the impact of the interim 408(b)(2) regulation, the three authors discuss the primary requirements of the regulation and the changes between the interim and final regulation, with a focus on independent third-party administrators.
