COBRA Changes Under The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
On March 4, Dawn Sellstrom, counsel in the Chicago office with Gallagher Benefit Services hosting presented a webinar entitled “COBRA Changes Under The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ”. This webinar focused on the new COBRA premium assistance requirements for employees who were involuntarily terminated during the period September 1, 2008, and ending December 31, 2009, and what plan sponsors need to do to administer those requirements.
