Appellate Civil Case Law Update-4/08

In December, the Indiana Supreme Court issued opinions in three civil matters and granted transfer in two civil matters, all summarized in this update. The Indiana Court of Appeals issued a total of 87 opinions in civil and administrative matters, including 50 unpublished opinions.
