This article by Howard Morse, co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group, and Richard Coe, an associate in the firm’s Antitrust Group, entitled "Authorized Generics are Good for You; Competition From Drug Pioneers Shouldn’t Trouble the FTC"  was published in the April 10, 2006 issue of Legal Times. The article discusses a recently announced Federal Trade Commission study of authorized generic drugs and their competitive effects.
