Workplace Investigations: Best Practices

On January 25, 2016, Pascal Benyamini presented a seminar on “Workplace Investigation: Best Practices” for the North American Home Furnishings Association, Las Vegas Furniture Market held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pascal’s seminar covered best practices in the investigation, including when and how to investigate and who should investigate. Pascal also provided participants with do’s and don’ts in investigations, discipline and terminations. The North American Home Furnishings Association is the nation’s largest organization devoted specifically to the needs and interests of home furnishings retailers.
