Cheryl Orr, Partner and Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Group, moderated the first panel of the American Conference Institute’s 20th National Forum on Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions, held January 30 & 31, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, FL.

This two day conference brought together senior in-house counsel and top law firm litigators, along with federal and state judges, to discuss the latest developments on wage & hour law, including federal and state enforcement initiatives, exempt employee determinations, developments in class certifications and more.
