Top Commercial Cases of the Year

Philadelphia and Wilmington partner Andy Kassner was a faculty member at the 19th Annual Philadelphia Bankruptcy Institute. He participated on a panel titled “Top Commercial Cases of the Year,” on Thursday, October 30. 

The panel addressed recent decisions that are significant to attorneys with a commercial bankruptcy practice. Specifically, they discussed the opinions of the Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and other important decision from outside the Third Circuit. Andy was joined by Lawrence McMichael, of Dilworth Paxson, Claudia Springer of Reed Smith and Professor Walter Taggart of Villanova Law School.
