Overview
Philadelphia partner Josh Deringer, New York partner Kay Gordon, along with Chicago partner David Matteson and associate Andrew Raby, presented “Alternative Investments Regulatory Update,” during a KPMG co-sponsored seminar on Thursday, January 9.
The four-part seminar featured the following presentations: “Identity Theft ‘Red Flags’ Rules” by David Matteson; “The JOBS Act” by Josh Deringer; “Custody Rule Update” by Andrew Raby; and “The Volcker Rule” by Kay Gordon.
