Milwaukee partner Robyn Shapiro moderated.
Social media is rapidly changing health care providers’ operations as well as the nature and speed of their interactions with patients and the public. This program explored a number of key issues, including:
- Social media 101;
- Social media trends in health care marketing;
- Key legal issues posing challenges to health care providers; and
- Aligning social media strategy with the health care organization’s mission.
