Philadelphia partner Steve Serfass presented with two industry participants a presentation entitled “Sales Practices in a Turbulent Market: What You Need to Know.”  The presentation focused on rebating and other inappropriate but increasingly prevalent sales practices, and highlighted the need for carriers to proactively work to educate producers and police their conduct.
