Overview
This webinar will provide a discussion of the various options available to intellectual property right holders to protect against infringement and other unfair acts from imported goods, including the recordation of intellectual property rights with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Section 337 investigations conducted by the U.S. International Trade Commission.
