Overview
The Life Insurance & Annuities Practice Group hosted “Anticipating Tomorrow: A Symposium on Emerging Legal Issues in Life Insurance” in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Dec. 5-6, 2011. Philadelphia partner Stephen Serfass and associate Nolan Tully led a panel concerning privacy issues related to the emergence and use of social media in the life insurance industry. The panel included Nick Economidis of the Beazley Group, Kristin Gemski of AXA Equitable, and Philip Thomas of Holman Fenwick Willan LLP, London, England.
