Litigation Skills for Legal Professionals Seminar

San Francisco partner Cheryl Orr will moderate and present at the San Francisco Litigation Skills for Legal Professionals seminar on Dec. 7.

The seminar will assist companies with the ins and outs of litigation:  document organization; informal and formal discovery techniques; rules of privilege and document disclosure; the generation of -- and responses to -- discovery requests, notices  and subpoenas ; and resolutions through ADR, dispositive motions and trial.

Cheryl, co-chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, will present on “Alternative Dispute Resolution,” which will cover early resolution (including federal court early neutral evaluation and the state court early settlement program); arbitration (binding and nonbinding); mediation; and settlement conferences. 

In addition, she will moderate the panel and facilitate audience participation.
