Lessons Learned from Recent Long Term Care Insurance Claims Litigation

Philadelphia partner Steve Serfass presented with an industry leader a presentation entitled “Lessons Learned from Recent Long Term Care Insurance Claims Litigation.”  The presentation focused on recent complaints and decisions concerning LTCi claims lawsuits, which demonstrate that the plaintiffs’ bar is paying much closer attention to LTCi than ever before, and which emphasize the need for claims professionals to make good decisions, communicate well, and document well their good decisions and communication.
