Overview

San Francisco partner Cheryl Orr will co-host the American Conference Institute’s 19th National Forum on Wage & Hour Claims and Class Actions on September 30th – October 1st.

The two-day conference will bring together federal and state judges, senior in-house counsel and top law firm litigators to discuss a variety of wage & hour topics, including: federal and state enforcement initiatives, exempt employee determinations, and developments in class certifications.

Cheryl will also moderate the first panel of the conference, “In-House Roundtable: Preventing and Managing Wage and Hour Claims/Class Actions and Best Practices for Selection and Evaluation of Outside Counsel.”

The meeting will be held at the Omni San Francisco Hotel, San Francisco, California.
