Health-Related Mobile Apps: Navigating the Regulatory Complexities


Washington, D.C. partners Douglas Bonner and Mary Devlin Capizzi, along with associate Peter Blenkinsop, presented “Health-related Mobile Apps: Navigating the Regulatory Complexities,” during the NJCCA 11th Annual CLE Conference on Friday, September 20th.

This presentation highlighted the myriad of regulatory considerations relevant to health-related mobile apps. The session covered a range of privacy laws, FDA regulations and FCC considerations. The panel featured Doug and Peter, Hilary Lehv, Data Privacy Officer at Novartis, Paul Nolting, Senior Counsel from Verizon Wireless and Kimberley Danzi Overs, Assistant General Counsel from Pfizer and Mary as the moderator.
