On February 10, 2014, the IRS issued final regulations related to the Employer Mandate under Healthcare Reform. Drinker Biddle and Deloitte help you understand these final regulations and how health plans of tax-exempt health systems will be affected. We also discussed and presented survey results on the actions other health systems are taking with respect to healthcare reform based on the results of a provided survey.
