Seton Hall's U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification Program
Overview
Florham Park partner Lynne Anderson spoke at the Seton Hall Law U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification Program attended by corporate counsel and senior compliance officers at a number of big pharma, life science and healthcare companies from around the country. The program took place from June 8-11 in Newark, New Jersey.
Lynne was a panelist on the Government Investigations Panel, together with the Chief of the U.S. Attorney's Office (DNJ), Health Care and Government Fraud Unit, the FBI, NY's Office of the Attorney General and a white collar criminal attorney.
Lynne addressed the topic from the employment law perspective of dealing with employee whistleblowers. Peter Blenkinsop also spoke at the conference on the topic of privacy and data protection.
