Drafting Arbitration Agreements in Business, Consumer and Employment Arenas

Cheryl Orr, Partner and Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Group, presented a one hour CLE for Bridgeport CE titled “Drafting Arbitration Agreements in Business, Consumer and Employment Arenas”.  The program provided the latest for participants on drafting maximally enforceable and effective arbitration clauses, including the pros and cons of having an arbitration clause, class action waivers and employment agreements containing arbitration clauses.
