DOL Investigations of Plans and Service Providers: Issues and Priorities

Los Angeles counsel Heather Abrigo spoke at the Western Benefits Conference on Department of Labor Investigations. Heather presentation was titled, “DOL Investigations of Plans and Service Providers: Issues and Priorities” and covered what industry professionals need to know about navigating the investigation process.

She also facilitated a health care session on wellness programs and the Affordable Care Act. Heather served on the planning committee and is vice-chair of national organization, the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
