Closing the Gap for Women of Color in Executive Compensation
Overview
Philadelphia partner Mona Ghude spoke on a panel on executive compensation and negotiation strategies at the 11th Annual Corporate Counsel Women of Color Career Strategies Conference on September 24, 2015.
Mona’s panel was titled, “Closing the Gap for Women of Color in Executive Compensation.”
As preparation for the presentation, Mona Ghude and Drinker Biddle Business Development Specialist Marc Kozak created an executive compensation survey with input from other panelists that was sent to over 700 women. More than 300 women responded to the survey and the results were presented at the conference.
The panel was moderated by Vicki Blanton, Associate General Counsel (ERISA matters) at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
