Antitrust Risks in IP Acquisitions, Transfers and Licenses

Overview

On Tuesday, October 25, Paul Saint-Antoine will be speaking in a webinar on the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property laws. The webinar, which begins at 1 p.m. EDT and will run to 2:30 p.m., is being hosted by Strafford Publications. It is titled "Antitrust Risks in IP Acquisitions, Transfers and Licenses."   Also speaking at the seminar will be Howard Morse of the Cooley Law Firm and Henry Su, attorney advisor to FTC Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch. 

During this webinar, Paul and the other speakers will provide antitrust and IP attorneys with an analysis of antitrust law as applied to various types of transactions involving patents, copyrights and other forms of intellectual property.  They will also explore current trends in antitrust enforcement and litigation as it relates to IP transactions, such as licensing, cross-licensing and patent pools.
