Data Center Delivery: Behind-the-Scenes Economic Impact

Government and regulatory affairs counsel Mindy Westrick Brown joined a panel discussion at the Design-Build Institute of America’s Central Indiana Chapter Event titled “Data Center Delivery: Behind-the-Scenes Economic Impact.” 

The panelists addressed questions about the economic impact of data centers, community concerns, and development challenges. Westrick Brown offered insights on zoning decisions, community benefit agreements, and public outreach tools, and explained how data center developers are troubleshooting insufficient power supply.
